Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received before registration closes for each conference will be refunded in full.

Requests received after registration closes will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

Credits

Credits are available to members for up to one year from the date issued. Credits not used within one year are forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are non-refundable. A municipality may request transfer of membership dues from one employee to another in cases of separation or change in job duties.

Event-Specific Policies

Some TAMCAR conferences and events may have different refund terms. Please review the refund policy for the specific event.

This policy applies to event registrations, membership dues, and donations only.
